Identifying the Problem
Event planning can be a stressful process as many factors have to be taken into consideration to plan a successful event. The lack of time and having no idea where to start, becomes reasons as to what stresses out an event planner. On top of that, finding the right vendors and communicating with them can prove to be a lot of work as the end result depends on what, how and when the products arrive at the location of the event.

Design Strategy
Navigation panel at the bottom is hard to find with the light background.
The vendor names and information are too small and hard to read.
The vendor portfolio did not provide more details asides from the contact info. The portfolio doesn't represent the company or spark interest.
The pathway to access the chatting option from the Profile page is redundant.
It was important that the send button should be solid color instead.
The calendar would be too much for a phone screen so it needed to be changed into list format instead.
The use of gradient and light yellow visual design raises accessibility concerns since it is hard to differentiate between objects.
Final Prototype
EVENTS FOR 50 ATTENDEES AND MORE
Users can put in their event details such as the date of the event and the number of guests that have been invited into the party. They can also set their budget for the event to track their spendings based on what vendor they sign up with. Once the details are confirmed, users can start browsing the various vendors and supplier options to buy the products and services they need.
LIBRARY OF SUPPLIERS & VENDORS
Users can view a list of suppliers and vendors based on their event and guest needs. They can also filter out the type of vendors they would like to view by simply checking and unchecking the category boxes. Once they choose the vendor that fit their event requirements, they can view the vendor's work in a mini "portfolio" that has been created for them to give the users an idea of what they can get.
EASY COMMUNICATION PROCESS
Another one of the most important aspect of this app helps users to connect with a potential vendors any& anytime, anywhere. This can help the users understand product specification through transparent communication, and ask any questions if they need further clarification. This could prove to be more convenient as contact info is saved within the app so users can contact without any problems.
